Organizational Readiness Program Manager

This role involves program development and execution, including organizational readiness programs design for product launches and strategic initiatives. Lean process implementation will be important to identify waste, streamline workflows, and continuously improve product launch and operational processes. The role requires change management to drive adoption and minimize disruption during organizational transitions. Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales is required to ensure alignment and stakeholder engagement with regular program updates. Training and enablement for employees will have to be a key component as new initiatives are implemented.
