Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service experience. Also, you will be answering questions spanning app usage, technical functionality, payment queries, tax knowledge, and data protection.
You will also act as a central link between internal Operations teams and tax experts, contributing to the development of support processes and identifying trends to propose solutions that improve user experience and team operations. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in outstanding customer care, excellent German and English skills, and a customer-centric mindset. Knowledge of tax matters and familiarity with generative AI tools are plusses.
