Job Description
Telvista is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent fluent in Quebecois French and American English to join the Dallas-based team. The agent will support inbound and outbound customer communications and is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in various areas. Key responsibilities include delivering professional service in both languages via phone; handling inquiries; guiding customers; maintaining records; and identifying sales opportunities. They will use Microsoft tools and adhere to quality assurance standards.
The position is hybrid, requiring work onsite at the Dallas headquarters and remote work. The schedule is Monday to Friday with morning and evening shifts, and occasional weekends based on business needs.
