Build deep pipelines of physicians and advanced practice clinicians across all our active specialties. Jump into new specialty areas as we expand with no hesitation, drive high-volume, high-quality outreach, and constantly experiment with messaging, channels, and tactics. Partner tightly with our Clinical Talent team to understand needs, timelines, state licensure & APRN supervision requirements, and volume goals. Pre-qualify providers quickly and hand off warm, engaged leads. Keep the Clinical Talent Team sharp on candidate market intel, where talent is, what they want, and how to win them. Hit aggressive weekly and monthly sourcing targets, maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and stay laser-focused on quality and speed without sacrificing candidate experience. Have 5+ years of both Physician & APRN sourcing experience in a high-growth environment
