Job Description
We're looking for a service-driven and detail-oriented Workday Analyst to support our People Team and cross-functional partners. You'll play a key role in maintaining the reliability, security, and performance of Workday, with a focus on Recruiting, HCM, Absence, Learning, and more. This is a hands-on role ideal for a systems thinker who’s excited to solve Tier I tickets, empower stakeholders, and help scale our people systems as we grow. You’ll join our dynamic People Team, working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and IT. Our team is remote-first and collaborative, with members across the US. We’re focused on building a thoughtful employee experience, supported by scalable tools and processes.
