Job Description
Lead complex SaaS implementations for enterprise clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll drive seamless customer onboarding by partnering closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams to deliver timely, high-impact outcomes. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple customer implementation projects. Create and manage detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resource assignments, and budgets. Establish trusted relationships with customer stakeholders to align on goals and expectations. Manage ongoing communications and status reporting, ensuring transparency. Identify and mitigate project risks using structured approaches. Maintain documentation such as risk logs, change control records, and lessons learned.
