QuickBooks Certified Bookkeeper

Role Overview:

• MainStreet is seeking a detail-oriented QuickBooks Certified Bookkeeper to manage client books and provide exceptional support.
• This full-time role is based in the Mexico City area and aligns with North American business hours.

Bookkeeping & Account Management:

• Categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate ledgers for multiple clients.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews and resolve discrepancies proactively.

Client Support & Communication:

• Act as the main point of contact for small business owners, explaining financial information clearly.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically across chat, email, and phone.

Problem Solving & Ownership:

• Take initiative to identify and resolve client concerns before they escalate.
• Collaborate with internal teams using tools like Bench App, Salesforce, and Slack to deliver a seamless experience.
