Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end resolution of complex transaction disputes, from investigation to final decision.
  • Liaise with customers and merchants to provide timely and accurate updates on cases.
  • Manage the lifecycle of filing, tracking, and reconciliation of chargebacks.

Requirements:
