Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, train and support the EHR system.
- Maintain the Epic system.
- Perform complex design and analysis tasks related to hospital business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certification in Epic applications within three months of hire.
- Two years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic EHR applications.
Additional Information:
- Strong understanding of hospital business operations and structure.
- Customer service oriented and excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to travel up to 50% and take calls as needed.
