Role Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated and complex dispute cases, providing critical support for the team.
- Gather and analyze data to determine the appropriate course of action for disputes and review queued transactions.
- Collaborate on projects to improve processes and procedures within the Disputes Team to increase efficiency.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in fraud prevention and disputes management with in-depth knowledge of related systems.
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for stakeholders.
Work Arrangement & Compensation:
- This is a fully remote position based in the United States with flexible hours, including working one weekend day per week.
- Salary is determined by geographic pay tiers across the U.S., ranging from $21.69 to $31.83 per hour plus benefits.
