This is an entry level position that requires satisfactory completion of required training. This position is intended to develop skills for investigating, evaluating, negotiating and resolving claims on losses of lesser value and complexity. Provides quality claim handling throughout the claim life cycle and maintains full compliance with standards.

Lead the implementation process for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Use a customer success-based approach, educate customers, and resolve technical issues. Build strong relationships and offer guidance. Maintain documentation and provide insights to stakeholders.

Your role is to be the external face of the company, dealing with patient enquiries, working with referrers, contacting imaging sites to assist with scheduling and ensuring we are delivering our services both efficiently and excellently. You’ll be passionate about providing an amazing service.
