- Proficient in entry-level fraud/non-fraud dispute processing.
- Maintaining knowledge of association and regulatory rules to help diagnose chargeback or compliance cases.
- Navigating tools to properly address member disputes and maintain service level.
- Maintaining composure and demonstrating a calm, professional demeanor in difficult situations.
