Taking inbound calls from cardholders, using critical thinking to resolve inquiries and determine the best course of action within established timeframes.

  • Proficient in entry-level fraud/non-fraud dispute processing.
  • Maintaining knowledge of association and regulatory rules to help diagnose chargeback or compliance cases.
  • Navigating tools to properly address member disputes and maintain service level.
  • Maintaining composure and demonstrating a calm, professional demeanor in difficult situations.
