Product Training Intern

Role Overview:

• This internship focuses on bridging the gap between complex product features and user understanding through comprehensive training.
• The intern will manage the end-to-end training lifecycle, from content creation to live session facilitation, ensuring stakeholders gain confidence in using the products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create training materials including slide decks, manuals, guides, and video tutorials using design tools like Canva and PowerPoint.
• Structure training modules for different audience levels and conduct live webinars or in-person workshops to facilitate hands-on learning.
• Develop quizzes and surveys to assess training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous material improvement.

Qualifications:

• Requires exceptional communication skills in English and Filipino, with proficiency in other languages being a plus.
• Must be currently pursuing a degree in fields such as Communication, Education, or Business Administration and provide school documentation for the OJT program.
• Candidates should demonstrate tech savviness, empathy, and the ability to report for both remote work and on-site sessions as scheduled.
