Job Description
We're hiring experienced Contact Center Sales Agents to join our remote team. This is a phone-based sales role for driven individuals with at least 2 years of sales experience in call centers, auto sales, collections, insurance, or similar fields. You’ll help match pet owners with training programs and guide them through the enrollment process. The Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers, sell Dog Academy's services through consultative sales techniques, and meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs. The role also involves documenting calls and maintaining accurate records, working independently in a remote setting while staying connected to the team.
