Role Overview:
- Lead NERC O&P and CIP compliance for renewable energy assets.
- Manage PRC maintenance, model validations, and regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure auditable processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in NERC compliance.
- Experience with ERCOT, CAISO, and regulatory bodies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Total Rewards:
- Salary range $170,000-$190,000 with bonus.
