Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing & Enablement, the Lead Product Marketing Manager, Intelligence & Industries drives Spring’s research and insights strategy—powering differentiated messaging and go-to-market execution across industries, segments, and personas. This role is the strategic engine behind how they understand the market, position against competitors, and tell compelling stories that resonate with buyers. It informs not only sales and marketing, but also product direction and broader company strategy.
This remote role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Growth, Enablement, Executive Leadership, and Content Marketing to ensure Spring shows up as a trusted expert—armed with the data, messaging, and industry-specific proof points to win new business and expand existing accounts.
Own Spring’s competitive intelligence and market research program—uncovering buyer needs, market shifts, and industry trends. Develop segment- and industry-specific insights that inform strategic narratives, objection handling, and field-facing messaging.
