Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Manager to support the operational execution of Panasonic Well's services. The Operations Manager will execute operational frameworks and processes for core business functions and HITL workflows based on functional plans. The role involves implementing strategic initiatives, monitoring operational KPIs, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing operational tools and platforms. The Operations Manager will also support the Partnerships team by implementing partner agreements, executing onboarding processes, and monitoring partnership operations. They will manage day-to-day HITL operations, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and ethical standards. The role requires cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, as well as coordination with Marketing on campaign rollouts and service delivery operations.
