Role Overview:
- This is a technical leadership role within TTEC Digital's Product Development organization, delivering AI-powered CX and contact center solutions.
- The Architect combines people leadership, solution architecture, and implementation oversight to drive product initiatives and customer deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineers and technical leads, fostering accountability and growth.
- Drive delivery of product initiatives, platform enhancements, and customer deployments.
- Develop solution designs, architecture diagrams, and lead technical design reviews.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership.
- Proven experience with Google AI technologies, GCP, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
