Job Description

Focus on delivering impact at existing hospital, health system, and payer customers. This position is ideal for a former customer success associate, healthcare management consultant, health IT implementation analyst, and/or healthcare operations analyst who is looking to switch into an entrepreneurial, mission-driven environment. This role requires an independent problem solver who has strong communication and project management skills that can operate in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Help manage a portfolio of customers and relationships with each customer. Provide on-site and off-site assessments and consultative services. Help conduct business reviews and meetings with customers on an ongoing basis. Establish and develop strong, credible relationships with customers. Become a subject matter expert in the use of Clarifyโ€™s technologies. Facilitate training for customers on the use of Clarifyโ€™s products and solutions. Project manage pool of customers to ensure they are receiving value from their Clarify partnership. Analyze pool of customers to identify risk and proactively drive strategy to address service delivery and/or renewal risk. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with current customers and partner with Sales to showcase Clarifyโ€™s capabilities. Collaborate closely across Clarifyโ€™s sales, product, data science, engineering, and development teams to enhance Clarify's platform, especially based on feedback from customers.
