Job Description
Responsible for leading and overseeing the LOB technology and systems analysis functions, ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and enhancement of financial center technologies. This role provides strategic direction, manages vendor relationships, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvements for client-facing technologies.
Team leadership and development includes providing strategic leadership for and managing a team of technical staff and supporting career growth through mentorship and development planning.
Technical operations oversight involves overseeing the monitoring and maintenance of hardware and electronic tools, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors for upgrades.
Project, systems, & change management oversight pertains to leading department-level and cross-functional projects, developing test plans, and ensuring adherence to change management procedures.
Vendor & stakeholder management involves serving as the primary liaison with hardware and software vendors, negotiating service level agreements, and communicating effectively with LOB and IT leadership.
