Senior Engineering Manager, Product

As Senior Engineering Manager, you will utilize AI to build impactful solutions to manage our product engineering team. This is a strategic leadership position that shapes both our engineering culture and our product roadmap. You'll manage engineers who are helping founders and leadership teams streamline business processes and equity management, and shape how the next generation of unicorn companies grow and scale. You will provide leadership and mentorship to our product engineering team, partner with product and design to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive products, develop and implement engineering frameworks and processes, build and scale high-performing engineering teams, drive technical excellence and innovation, balance team development with product delivery, collaborate across the organization, and establish clear expectations and metrics for team performance.
