About the Role:
- Focused on improving performance of AI Voice and Chat solutions.
- Work with 18–20 customers post-implementation.
- Collaborate closely with product, implementation, and AI teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse conversation data to identify improvement areas.
- Implement optimizations to enhance bot performance and user experience.
- Conduct A/B testing and monitor AI health metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years’ experience with conversational AI (voice/chat).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, Python, and basic automation.
