Responsibilities:
- Lead the build out of consumer-facing Conversational AI products.
- Define and refine the product vision and strategy.
- Develop business, financial, and operational plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Experience with Conversational AI/Chatbots and/or Digital Assistants.
Preferred:
- Expert on Chatbots with experience in Conversational AI solutions.
- Experience with machine learning for Natural Language Understanding.
- Experience working with Azure AI - Luis.ai, Dialog Flow, Meya.ai, Salesforce Einstein, Alexa, Google Assistant, or Siri etc.
