Job Description
Aura is seeking high-energy, ambitious Upsell Sales Specialists to help existing customers maximize the value of their Aura memberships. In this remote, work-from-home position, you'll proactively engage current Aura customers, consult on their needs, and offer additional products and upgrades that strengthen their digital protection.
You will master and evangelize Aura’s story, become an expert on Aura’s product suite, make daily outbound calls, consult and advise customers, and achieve or exceed monthly upsell and revenue targets. The role involves improving sales approaches and staying informed on cybersecurity news.
