Job Description

The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for Solera’s products, including user manuals, API documentation, system architecture descriptions, and developer guides. This role requires strong technical and creative writing skills to produce high-quality content that clearly explains complex information. Responsibilities include creating documentation for internal and external audiences, translating complex product details into clear language, collaborating with various teams, and developing content strategies. Additional tasks include owning the documentation process for product releases, implementing content standards, and managing the documentation publishing process. The candidate should have exceptional writing skills, experience writing developer documentation, a strong grasp of technology concepts, and familiarity with content management systems.
