You will independently manage Salon’s homepage, performing tasks such as optimizing, promoting and writing stories as needed. You will be required to respond swiftly and accurately to current events in the news, as well as serve as the point of contact for corrections, queries, updates and more. This position requires high editorial standards, strong news judgment and an understanding of Salon’s audience and voice.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned journalist who has experience editing senior writers with distinct voices. As a Sports Content Reviewer, you will research, evaluate, and edit sports-related content to match the client's style guide and users’ expectations, helping to define editorial direction for the local market and ensuring accurate localization of global data. A general understanding and passion for sports is key.

The Copyeditor is responsible for editing and proofreading a variety of written content across multiple departments within the museum. This includes artwork-related texts such as tombstones and object labels, marketing and communications materials like press releases and social media posts, membership and development content, manuscripts for audio guides, and website copy.
