You:

Strong software engineering fundamentals with a track record of shipping production systems.
Customer-facing experience and ability to translate ambiguity into an executable plan.

Compensation:

Target salary range $200,000–$225,000 plus annual bonus and incentive pay.
Employer-paid benefits and L&D stipend.
