Manager, Accounts Receivable

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager, Accounts Receivable to oversee the billing and collections processes of our organization. The ideal candidate will lead our three-person AR team, ensure accurate invoicing, manage collections, monitor customer accounts, and improve cash flow while maintaining strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include supervising the AR team's daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections, monitoring aging reports, establishing credit policies, reconciling customer accounts, resolving billing disputes, analyzing AR data, leading optimization projects, collaborating with other departments, preparing AR reports, and supporting audits. Qualifications include 7+ years of accounts receivable experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years in a supervisory role, strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite, and advanced Excel skills.
