Job Description
Own technical accounting for revenue transactions under ASC 606 and ASC 340, including review of complex contracts and preparation of audit-ready documentation. Oversee month-end close activities, including preparation and reconciliation of revenue and deferred revenue schedules, journal entries, and management reporting. Perform and analyze Standalone Selling Price (SSP) calculations and maintain revenue accounting policies. Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, QTC Operations, and FP&A to ensure accurate revenue recognition and scalable processes. Provide guidance on new products, pricing models, and enterprise deals to ensure proper revenue treatment. Support quarterly and annual external audit requirements and related documentation. Identify and implement automation and process improvements across the revenue and billing systems (e.g., Zuora, RevPro). Maintain and optimize the Companyβs revenue management systems and reporting tools. Design and manage UAT testing for new pricing, products, and system enhancements. Analyze QTC data and generate insights and metrics to support decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams to support non-routine transactions, contract reviews, and ongoing business initiatives.
