Workday Systems Administrator

Support the implementation and long-term success of Workday as our enterprise HCM platform. This foundational hire on the Business Applications team will focus on the technical administration, integrations, and security of Workday, and will play a key role in our initial implementation. Partner closely with HR, Finance, and an external Workday implementation partner to migrate from legacy HR systems and own the design and delivery of integrations. Serve as the primary IT liaison for Workday during the implementation, ensuring strong alignment between the implementation partner, internal stakeholders, and enterprise architecture. Lead integration design, development, and testing, connecting Workday to systems such as payroll, identity management, benefits providers, NetSuite, and ATS. Own Workday tenant strategy and release readiness, including managing sandbox refreshes and validating updates.
