You'll be the trusted advisor for C-suite stakeholders at public agencies, utilities, and commercial fleets. The role directly influences 90%+ customer satisfaction and expansion ARR through proactive relationship-building and bridges technical and commercial worlds, ensuring clients maximize our EV charging/energy management solutions.
Shape the Future by feeding client needs into product roadmaps through quarterly feedback loops with engineering teams and pioneer best practices for scaling high-touch relationships in a hyper-growth industry. Use your technical experience to steer key planning decisions for some of the biggest fleets in the world.
