Senior Project Manager

Seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and execute complex federal projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of project management experience, including a strong track record overseeing Design-Build (DB) or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) efforts. This role requires expert knowledge of federal regulations and compliance, exceptional leadership capabilities, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget—while ensuring the highest standards of performance, safety, and client satisfaction. Directs integrated DB/EPC project teams from pursuit through close-out to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Coordinates with federal agencies, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to align deliverables and foster collaboration. Develops and manages project budgets, forecasts costs, and ensures effective resource allocation and utilization. Ensures full adherence to federal contract requirements, proactively identifies risks, and implements mitigation strategies. Develops and maintains comprehensive project schedules, tracking milestones to meet project deadlines and performance objectives.
