Job Description
Lead global payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring timely, accurate processing for all employees. Manage payroll accounting, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close. Drive automation and process improvements to optimize payroll systems and enhance efficiency. Oversee and consolidate third-party payroll providers, managing SLAs and vendor relationships. Utilize technical skills (e.g., SQL, Snowflake) to oversee the build and maintain of payroll data automations. Lead and develop a global payroll team, while ensuring compliance with global payroll regulations. Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to align on policies while managing audits, SOX compliance, and payroll KPI's
