Job Description

We are looking for a Support Analyst , having direct contact with an international client and who are connected with the digital transformation, who like to share and learn new technologies, contributing to CI&T and the community, who have a cultural β€œmatch” with us, respecting differences, working with collaboration and teamwork. The candidate should have solid experience with SQL and providing eCommerce support. Experience with level 2 (L2) support, investigation, analysis and interpretation of logs, detailing and troubleshooting (troubleshooting) for the production of complex technical solutions is preferable. They should also have experience with using and creating scripts and service processes and experience with cloud systems (AWS and Azure).
