Systems & Operations Consultant

Drips is seeking a detail-oriented VoC Systems & Operations Consultant to operationalize a strategic corporate initiative. This is a 6-month contract role, where you’ll work with the VP of VoC to build the operational foundation for a scalable enterprise VoC program. You will design/implement VoC workflows to track customer OKRs, meeting outcomes, and performance metrics. Also, you will develop training materials, establish governance for performance tracking across platforms (Salesforce, ClickUp), and systematize repeatable processes. The role supports a culture of accountability by operationalizing feedback loops into decision-making workflows.
