Job Description

The Contract Specialist will be responsible for supporting Smile’s contracts team and ensuring business needs are met by effectively managing risk through the implementation of key processes and policies necessary for effective contract and procurement management within an established contract management framework. This role will help manage both internal and external relationships through the contract lifecycle - from supporting the RFP process to reviewing supplier and customer contracts and supporting customer/vendor contract negotiations. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, updating policies, and providing guidance on contractual risk.
