Job Summary:
- Interface with ambulatory care teams, pharmacies, and payers to secure medication access.
- Process prior authorizations and support pharmacy services for improved patient access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient medication needs and research access options like assistance programs and grants.
- Manage renewals and eligibility, and act as liaison between patients and programs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; experience with drug assistance programs and insurance coverage.
- Excellent customer service; CA Pharm Tech license and prior authorization experience preferred.
