Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient-specific medication reviews and develop recommendations using protocols.
- Evaluate prior authorization requests for medical drugs and review drug claims.
- Conduct Comprehensive Medication Reviews and support medication adherence.
Qualifications:
- Two or more years in managed care pharmacy or completion of a managed care residency.
- Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Active California Pharmacist license required.
Additional Information:
- Position eligible for telecommuting with possible in-person meetings.
- Schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
