Clinical Pharmacist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain protocols for prescribing, dispensing, and administering medications.
• Conduct research to improve pharmaceutical treatments.
• Provide specialized services for chronic condition management.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and policy development.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist licensure in the state of practice.
• 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office for real-time collaboration.
