About the Role:
- This is a 3-month seasonal position focused on managing end-to-end prescribing and prior authorization operations.
- You will serve as an escalation point and subject matter expert for complex coverage inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and submit clinical prior authorization requests to PBMs and health plans.
- Resolve complex member escalations and serve as a liaison between clinical teams and PBM formulary details.
- Document all hours worked and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with prior authorizations or PBM navigation in a medical or telehealth setting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor peers.
- Proficiency in EHR tools, prior authorization platforms, and cloud collaboration tools.
Compensation:
- The hourly rate for this position is $26.04.
