Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years call center customer service experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills with Microsoft Outlook proficiency.
Work Environment:
- Remote role requiring reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
- Must live in a DoD SCA County and work schedules between 7am and 10pm Eastern.
