Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic installation operations for a $50M+ utility portfolio, overseeing Program Managers and concurrent projects.
  • Develop high-performing teams through coaching, succession planning, and compliance-focused audits.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership, Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure program alignment and success.

Program Oversight:

  • Ensure compliance with contract scope, schedule, and budget, managing resource planning and subcontractor performance.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of project progress, cost metrics (CPI/SPI), and track key performance indicators.

Financial and Client Engagement:

  • Drive financial performance with P&L ownership, margin management, and operational forecasting, including change orders and overhead recovery.
  • Build strong client relationships as an executive sponsor, representing the company in high-level meetings and briefings.
  • Support business development through technical expertise, pricing strategy, and execution credibility.
