• Assess regional water and wastewater markets by analyzing public utility capital improvement programs.

The role will predominantly be working within the Water and Energy industries but may cover wider utilities and infrastructure. You will focus on areas such as regulatory business planning, asset strategy, service delivery, risk management, and environmental advisory on capital projects. This is a senior consultant role and the post holder may be seconded into one of Aqua’s clients on a part time or full time, occasional or permanent basis.

• Develop engineering designs for water and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Review draft designs and reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site reviews to validate designs against project specifications.
