CALSTART is seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Director of Salesforce Strategy & Solutions to lead the modernization, integration, and strategic oversight of the organization’s enterprise systems. This executive-level role will unify CALSTART’s fragmented digital platforms—including over 11 Salesforce environments—and ensure all technology infrastructure is scalable, secure, and aligned with the organization’s growing portfolio of clean transportation incentive programs. The role involves Salesforce Systems Leadership, Cross-Platform Integration & Strategy, User Experience & Program Enablement, Governance, Risk, and Compliance, and Team and Vendor Leadership.
