What You'll Do:
- Lead engineering teams to build high-performing, customer-facing applications and supporting platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align engineering priorities with business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Champion AI-SDLC investments and modern engineering practices like CI/CD, automation, observability, and cloud-native architecture.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including leading engineering teams and driving transformation.
- Strong technical judgment in software architecture, APIs, DevOps, and Agile delivery.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and leading distributed or remote teams is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated pay range is $175,000 – $185,000 annually.
