Job Description
We are looking for a student assistant for our Customer Success Team (15-20 hours per week) to primarily take on weekend shifts and answer questions from our users. You are the first point of contact for our users for all concerns regarding our app and NeoTaste as a product. You will answer questions or criticism on various channels such as Whatsapp, email or Hubspot in a customer-oriented manner and process tickets independently.
You represent NeoTaste with your voice through excellent support to the outside world and you are constantly looking for new ways to increase customer satisfaction. Employees have a voice that is heard and the opportunity to achieve great things and grow personally.
