Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day activities of a team of Post-Award Specialists, monitoring workload and coordinating with the RAS director.
  • Manage post-award activities for an assigned portfolio of grants and contracts, including budget reconciliation, financial reports, and closeout.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in grants and contracts management or equivalent combination.
  • Knowledge of federal rules and regulations related to research grant and contract activity; PeopleSoft Financial System preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Full remote position with occasional visits to Emory University; Eastern time zone business hours apply.
  • Emory reserves the right to change remote status with notice; not approved as primary work location in NJ, AK, HI, or outside US.
