You will be the front line of our hiring process and be responsible for hiring top talent for a variety of roles across the business. Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various departments to meet organizational needs. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates through various channels. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates, utilizing various channels such as social media, job boards, and industry networking events. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, providing guidance and expertise to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment activities, making data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance our hiring processes. Operate at the frontier of AI through creative problem solving; deploy and implement new workflows, tooling, and processes.
