Senior HR Generalist

The Senior HR Generalist will serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing questions, concerns, and HR escalations. They will promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by fostering teamwork and employee engagement. They will support Performance Review processes, ensuring they are conducted on-time and consistently by managers, provide guidance in setting performance goals and addressing performance issues, and assist in developing employee development and improvement plans. They will Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintain company policies, and keep abreast of HR best practices. The generalist will maintain HR records and databases, generate HR metrics and reports to track key HR performance indicators and support decision-making. They will lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives and manage employee lifecycle, recommending and implementing efficiencies to existing processes.
