- Develop a strong knowledge of all products, limitations & benefits.
- Test new products to evaluate usability & function in real-world conditions.
- Develop 'use-case' data, establishing the best application method for customers.
Technical Support & Training:
- Answer technical questions from the tech line; support the sales team.
- Assist with in-person & remote training, educating customers on safe & efficient product use.
- Keep the training facility neat & organized to prevent safety hazards.
Troubleshooting & Analysis:
- When a product fails, diagnose the issue as a defect, environmental factor, or user error.
- Perform competitive analysis, benchmarking new developments against market options.
- Prepare reports from completed projects, including photos of the testing process.
